I would just like to thank you once again Sherron, for your outstanding service both in the sale of my home in Pitt Meadows and the purchase of my new home in Maple Ridge.
My intentions to rent until the market settled down a bit were quickly turned around after finding out the shocking reality that single mothers are not considered desireable tenants. We would like to give you our thanks for the excellent delivery on the promises you made when we first talked to you about the sale of our home in Coquitlam.
Firstly, as you know, I was somewhat skeptial about listing with a realtor, thinking that we might sell it ourselves. In fact, before we talked to you, we had a tentative private offer on the table at a substantially lower price than when we listed with you. However, when it came to signing the papers the buyers hesitated to the point that we terminated the transaction.
In comes Sherron - with a great presentation, full of promises and information in suport of a new listing price. Sherron - you delivered. We listed at the top of the market and received two offers, full asking price and our move out date....all within four days.
You certainly convinced us of your ability and value. And again, as you found out, I'm not easily convinced! Thank you again for your expertise and professionalism in the marketing of our home.
