Preparing Your Home For Sale
My very successful program for getting top price for your home begins with suggestions for enhancing your home. At my expense, I will hire an interior designer to come in to your home and work with you and your possessions to "stage" your home to best present each room for viewing.
 
Promoting Your Home
After staging I will come by and take digital photos of each room. These photos will be sent to the Real Estate Board to be added to your MLS listing as well as loaded on to my website with full details of your home. I will also use these photos to prepare Feature Presentations to be displayed in your home for prospective  buyers to pick up and have all the details of your home on hand when making decisions. Window Boards will be prepared for display at the Re/Max Sabre Office where all passers' by will be able to view the property details of your home.

My online marketing system allows me to make your home's information accessible 24-hours a day, and to respond immediately and directly to each and every inquiry. Prospective buyers can access my web site 24 hours a day and view your property listing! Before you setting a price for your home to similar properties the following points should be considered:
  • Location, size, style and condition of your home;
  • Comparable homes for sale now;
  • Buyer demand and product supply (number of comparable homes for sale)
I will present you with a "Comparative Market Analysis" which will compare market activity of homes similar to your's in your neighbourhood. Those that have sold recently indicate what buyers are prepared to pay. Those that are currently listed indicate what sellers hope to obtain.
